Any peptides on our website are sold for research and laboratory use. The products should not be used in the form of cosmetic, food additive, chemical, drugs, or other applications not classified in this document. The company holds its right to cancel any purchase done if there is any proof or the company sees that you are buying for use other than it is sold for.
ASPept.com’s products are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and are not to be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to vitro diagnostic purpose, in food drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics for humans or animals or for commercial purposes. The purchaser agrees that the products have not been sterilized or tested by ASPept.com for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use.
The purchaser expressly represents and warrants to ASPept.com that the purchaser will properly test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased from ASPept.com and/or materials produced with products purchased from ASPept.com in accordance with the practices of a reliable person who is experienced in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted.
The purchaser further warrants that any material produced with any product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. The purchaser realizes that, since ASPept.com’s products are intended solely for research purposes, they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. The purchaser assumes responsibility to assure that the products purchased from ASPept.com are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.
The products under ASPept.com are used primarily for laboratory research purposes. Some of inappropriate use are, but not limited to the following:
None of our products is approved by any athletic commission and should not be taken by anyone who competes professionally. Only take products approved by your athletic commission. We are not responsible for any wrong-doing.
Within 7 business days from the delivery date, you may request to return your order as long as the package is unopened and in a sealable condition.
Charges will appear on your bank statement as ASPEPT RESEARCH.
The customer will pay the return shipping fee. A restocking fee of 15% per product will be deducted from the refund amount. For more information, please contact us at support@ASPept.com.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order because you change your mind, we can do so but please be guided that it is subject to a $25 processing fee. This option is not available for orders that have been paid via crypto. Just send us an email ASAP at support@ASPept.com.
Shipping Errors: We do not offer a refund or reshipment for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. Please note that we only follow what is indicated on the order form. We can only offer a one-time 30% discount that you can use on any future transaction.
